B and B Transportation Inc. is a true small business success story. Founded in 1989 by Brad and Beth Cohen, it began with one bus and one contract. The company has grown slowly and steadily over the years, however the main focus has always remained on customer service.
As the business grew the couple ventured into the underserved private school market. The unique customer service that is offered by a small local company proved to be a good fit for smaller private schools. This model of customer service continues to be a guiding principle of the company today and is the biggest thing that sets B and B Transportation apart.
As the company grew into the new millennium investments in infrastructure, equipment, people, and new technology helped B and B to compete in a larger market place.
Today the company operates three facilities in Bethany, CT including the main bus yard and operations center, the safety and training center, and a corporate office that opened in 2013. In 2021 we opened a second bus yard in East Haven, CT. With a fleet of over 150 vehicles and 190 employees the company is available to serve your transportation needs.
